Session format and presentation guidelines

Each parallel session at GEOINNO2020 will last for 1 hour and 40 minutes without breaks. The session rooms will be equipped with projector and a PC. Please make sure to bring your slides on an USB stick and to transfer them to this PC before the start of the session.

In sessions with five papers you will have 20 minutes, including Q&As. Please foresee a maximum of 15 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for discussion.

In sessions with four papers or fewer you will have 25 minutes, including Q&As. Please foresee a maximum of 18-20 minutes for your presentation and 5-7 minutes for discussion.

The session chair will ensure the schedule of the session. The chair will show a note when you have 5 minutes left, 2 minutes left and when you have run out of time.
